Rare Atom wins slot at BLAST Premier: Spring European Showdown 2023

The qualifying championship for 5E Arena Asia Cup 2023 has come to an end. As part of the competition, which was held online from February 24 to 26, eight teams from China and Mongolia fought for one ticket to the upcoming BLAST Premier: Spring European Showdown 2023. The Chinese team became the winner of the tournament Rare Atom, which stole a slot from Lynn Vision Gaming in the grand final with a score of 2:1 (Inferno - 16:6; Anubis - 11:16; Nuke - 16:9).

Even within the group stage, Rare Atom showed its desire to take a slot at BLAST Premier: Spring European Showdown 2023, having won two wins over Hard (16:5) and TYLOO (16:14).

Having made it to the playoffs, the Chinese team first beat Team Renewal (2:0), and then put the squeeze on Lynn Vision Gaming (2:1) to become the winner of the 5E Arena Asia Cup 2023.

BLAST Premier: Spring European Showdown 2023 will take place from March 29 to April 2 online. As part of the competition, eight participants from the CIS, Europe and China will compete for a total prize pool of $67,500, ranking points in the BLAST table, as well as one ticket to BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023.

The remaining participants in the competition will be determined by the results of the qualifiers for Western Europe and Eastern Europe. In addition, the organizers have prepared two slots for invited teams.
