KSCERATO from the FURIA team was the best player of the Play-In stage at IEM Katowice 2023. Despite the sensational elimination from the championship, the 23-year-old Brazilian esportsman scored 1.33, which was the best result among all sixteen teams.

Following him in the rating is the Swede Brollan - according to the results of the Play-In stage, the player Ninjas in Pajamas scored 1.31. At the same time, the Swedish team was able to get into the group stage of the tournament, having obtained two victories on the first day of the competition.

Third place went to sh1ro, who finished the Play-In with a rating of 1.30 and helped Cloud9 get into the group stage of IEM Katowice 2023. It is quite unexpected to see k1to in fourth place, who became the leader of the BIG with a rating of 1.29. In fifth place among the best players was flameZ - the OG player performed with a rating of 1.28.

Also, insani (MIBR), Aleksib (1.25) and magixx (1.22) were in the TOP-8 of the best players of the Play-In stage at IEM Katowice 2023.

The best team in the aggregate rating was Ninjas in Pajamas (1.16). The teams Cloud9 and BIG are on the second and third lines, their rating was 1.11.

IEM Katowice 2023 takes place from 1 to 12 February in Katowice at the Spodek Arena. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and Oceania are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as a ticket to IEM Cologne 2023 for the winner.
