The North American esports organization FaZe Clan has officially announced that rain and coach RobbaN will miss the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. While the 28-year-old Norwegian player is expecting a baby, the Swedish specialist will not stand behind his charges for personal reasons.

rain is expecting a baby and will not participate in BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023. We are looking forward to his return to the team as soon as possible! We will provide further roster news ahead of our kickoff match on Friday.

Due to personal reasons, RobbaN will also not be able to attend BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 this weekend. He expects to return to the team at the end of next week or by the start of the championship in Katowice.

Talk about the possible absence of rain appeared at the end of last year, when an OverDrive insider shared information about the future of the Norwegian. In turn, the news about RobbaN was a revelation, as the Swedish specialist hoped to get to the event until the very end. However, the FaZe Clan coach can still visit BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 at the end of next week, but should return for the next Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2023 tournament.

Eddie, who had a similar experience at last year's PGL Major Antwerp 2022, will probably stand behind the players. Analyst innersh1ne may also join the team, but Vyacheslav was not going to attend the championship in Copenhagen before. According to the latest rumors, rain's place in the starting lineup will be taken by k0nfig, who has become active in social networks along with other FaZe Clan players. The organization promised to provide more details before the start of the championship.

BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 for FaZe Clan will start on Friday, January 20th. The team will play with the North Americans from Complexity Gaming - OG and Team Liquid are also represented in the group.
