Falcons secured a hard-fought victory over FURIA in a tense BO3 series at BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026, completing two comebacks and booking their spot in the quarterfinals. The three-map series kept fans on edge until the very end, with Falcons’ composure in key moments proving decisive. For the Brazilian side, this loss marks the end of their run, finishing in 7th–8th place.

Mirage (13:11 Falcons)

The match started on Mirage, picked by Falcons. FURIA had the upper hand in the first half on the CT side, with a solid defense allowing them to take a 7:5 lead. After the side switch, FURIA continued to play confidently on the T side and extended their lead to 11:7. However, Falcons mounted a comeback and closed the map 13:11 in their favor.

Dust2 (13:16 FURIA)

On their own map, FURIA looked stronger on the attack. Thanks to aggressive plays and confident performance from molody, they finished the first half 8:4. After switching sides, Falcons won eight rounds to take the lead and push the game into overtime. In the extra rounds, FURIA managed to edge out their opponents and secured Dust2 16:13.

Nuke (13:10 Falcons)

On the decider Nuke, FURIA had full control early on. The first half on the CT side ended 9:3, making a comeback look extremely unlikely. However, after switching sides, Falcons pulled off an incredible comeback to win Nuke 13:10.

Unfortunately, FURIA end their tournament run in 7th–8th place, earning $10,000 for the team and $40,000 for the organization. Falcons, meanwhile, advance to the quarterfinals. BLAST Open Rotterdam 2026 takes place from March 18 to March 29, featuring 16 teams competing for the trophy and a $250,000 prize pool.
