MIBR qualified early for ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference

The Brazilian team MIBR qualified ahead of schedule for the ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference. The organizers gave the team a slot at the upcoming event due to a conflict of interest related to another ESL Challenger League Season 43: North America finalist, Evil Geniuses Black.

Since Evil Geniuses is an ESL partner organization, its main team is regularly represented in the ESL Pro League series. As such, none of the club's other rosters can take part in ESL-sanctioned tournaments within a particular series.

As a result, regardless of the results of the ESL Challenger League Season 43: North America grand final, the MIBR team will take part in the ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference. The match itself will take place on the night of December 18-19 and will determine the winner of the championship, who will receive a cash prize of $20,000.

Current list of ESL Pro League Season 17 Conference participants: Movistar Riders, Imperial Esports, Outsiders, Team Falcons, paiN Gaming, Rare Atom, 9INE, ATK, Lynn Vision Gaming, HEET, Partizan Esports, 00NATION, KRC Genk Esports, Permitta Esports, Grayhound Gaming, Rooster, Eternal Fire, Babos Gaming, SAW, Endpoint, MIBR and IHC Esports.

The championship will take place from February 21 to 27 in Malta, offering participants a prize pool of $15,000, as well as six tickets to ESL Pro League Season 17.
