Players of the IHC Esports and Bad News Eagles teams lost their luggage while flying to Brazil to participate in IEM Rio Major 2022. Representatives of the teams reported this on social networks, asking the organizers to provide the necessary equipment for playing at the championship.

Hey ESL. Our team needs help buying equipment for training and participating in IEM Rio Major 2022! All the luggage of the players was lost on the way to Rio, but we are still very excited about the coming day, IHC Esports representatives said.

In turn, Bad News Eagles players lost their luggage with a new kit. However, the Kosovar team will be able to play in the tournament in the old uniform, or use black ESL t-shirts. It is noteworthy that the Bad News Eagles team presented a new kit exactly on the occasion of entering IEM Rio Major 2022.

Unfortunately, the Brazilian airline lost our luggage on the way to Rio. It featured casual wear and a new uniform made specifically for the tournament. We found the only way out - the players who took old jerseys with them will share them with the rest of the team so that we all look the same. Or just wear black ESL t-shirts. We apologize to the fans and hope it only gets better from here on out — stikle-, Bad News Eagles coach.

At the same time, Bad News Eagles players had some difficulties in obtaining visas to Brazil. However, Khairulla Cheku, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Kosovo, helped the team with the necessary documents.
