Team Spirit won FiReLEAGUE 2022: Global Finals

FiReLEAGUE 2022: Global Finals has come to an end. As part of the tournament, which was held from October 14 to October 16 in Spain at the stadium of the Barcelona football club - Camp Nou - eight teams from the CIS, Europe and Latin America fought for a total prize pool of $150,000. Team Spirit became the winner of the championship, which turned out to be stronger than paiN Gaming in the grand final with a score of 2:1 (Dust 2 - 12:16; Nuke - 16:8; Vertigo - 16:10).

The tournament for the future winner began with a confident victory over WINDINGO (2:0) in the quarterfinals. A day later, the Russian team managed to beat 9z (2:0) and made it to the grand final.

However, the decisive meeting began for the "dragons" with a missed opportunity on the Dust 2 map - 12:16. Still, Team Spirit managed to prove themselves on the Nuke map and equalize the score in the series — 16:8. Well, in the decisive map Vertigo, the team only proved its class and got the final victory — 16:10.

Note that w0nderful turned out to be the best player in FiReLEAGUE 2022: Global Finals. The sniper of Team Spirit completed his performances in the championship with an amazing rating of 1.52.
