As part of the championship, which was held from September 10 to 11 in Philadelphia at The Block, sixteen teams from Europe and North America fought for a prize pool of $100,000. The winner of the tournament was the EG.PA team, which in the grand final was stronger than BIG Academy with a score of 2:1 (Nuke - 16:11; Vertigo - 6:16; Mirage - 16:9).
The championship for the future winner began with the qualifying stage, during which Evil Geniuses White (EG.PA) proved to be stronger than b4it (2:0), Vireo.pro (2:0) and Team 7AM (2:1), thus breaking through to the group stage.
Here, the North American team won two victories over Vendetta (2:0) and Detonate (2:0), thanks to which they made it to the playoffs of the competition. While in the quarterfinals of the event, Muenster's wards managed to deal with Iron Blood Gaming (2:0), in the semifinals Evil Geniuses White (EG.PA) defeated Team oNe eSports (2:0) and advanced to the grand final.
In the decisive match of the competition, the North American team managed to outplay BIG Academy (2:1), thanks to which they became the winner of Fragadelphia 17, earning a prize of $40,000.
