Fluxo became the champion of CCT South America Series 1

CCT South America Series 1 has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from August 15 to 28, 24 teams from Brazil and Latin America fought for a prize pool of $25,000. The winner of the tournament was the Fluxo team, which sensationally outplayed paiN Gaming in the grand final with a score of 2:0 (Ancient - 16:6; Inferno - 16:8).

Wards Xamp passed the Swiss stage of the championship, having received an invitation exactly to the playoffs. At the same time, the Brazilian team started in the 1/8 finals with a difficult victory over The Union (2:1), fortunately, after which Fluxo received a technical victory after removing 00NATION from the championship.

Once in the semi-final, the team outplayed ODDIK (2:0) in an equal fight and made it to the grand final. Here, Fluxo quickly managed to take control of the initiative to get a confident victory over paiN Gaming (2:0), and at the same time become the winner of CCT South America Series 1.

  • 9th-16th place: WINDINGO, Sharks Esports, SWS Gaming, The Union, Corinthians Esports, Daotsu Esports, Stars Horizon and Redragon
  • 17th-19th place: River Plate Gaming, Holkattes and MIBR Academy
  • 20th-22nd place: Rehl Esports, Capivara Strong and Los Grandes Academy
  • 23rd-24th place: Boca Juniors Gaming and homeless

Note that the next championship of the CCT series in South America will begin on September 10th.
