The first game day of the fourth open qualifier for IEM Road to Rio 2022 for Europe has ended, as a result of which the teams Movistar Riders, Copenhagen Flames and EndPoint dropped out of the fight, thus depriving themselves of the chance to get to the RMR tournament. However, this is not a complete list of famous teams that we will not see in Malta and, looking ahead, in Rio. In this regard, we offer you to get acquainted with the current layouts in the framework of the qualifiers.

Favorites are left out

As a result of the past day, we missed several eminent teams at once. Firstly, the Spaniards from Movistar Riders lost to Sashi Esport (13:16), while Copenhagen Flames failed to cope with The Incas (11:16). Unexpectedly, the Endpoint team flew out of the qualifiers, which lost to the yologang420 mix (12:16).

The Finnish team HAVU also flies past the RMR tournament, having managed to lose to Forward the day before (14:16). The path to the major ends for the SINNERS team, who lost to SIUUUU (14:16).

Of the other famous teams that will not perform at IEM Road to Rio 2022 for Europe, it is worth highlighting: FTW, Into the Breach, 9INE, EC Kyiv, Tricked, AVANGAR, LDLC, Nemiga, TITANS and JANO. Of course, this is not a complete list of teams that were well-known, but failed to qualify for the RMR tournament.

Astralis still in contention for slot at IEM Road to Rio 2022 for Europe

It is also impossible not to mention the clear leaders of the qualification, who will fight for one of the six vacant tickets to the RMR tournament. First of all, the Danish team Astralis remains afloat. Ironically, the wards of trace will meet with the Poles from los kogutos, whom they just lost in the last qualification.

Teams Entropiq, SKADE, HEET, 1WIN, SAW, Apeks, GamerLegion and BLUEJAYS also remain in the game. In general, a serious fight will unfold, and the first lucky ones will be found out tonight.
