The FaZe Clan team defeated Evil Geniuses with a score of 16:8 at the start of the group stage of BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022. Now the European team will meet in the final of the upper bracket with the winner of the Heroic — BIG pair. In turn, Evil Geniuses went to the lower bracket of group C.

The starting match of the gaming day took place on the Inferno map. It is noteworthy that the initial rounds went to the North American team, which showed a confident start and even took the lead. However, the leader of the world ranking turned on here, who quickly seized the initiative and managed to turn the game upside down - 11:4.

After the side switch, Evil Geniuses failed to join the game, while the opponent continued to press with confidence and gain round after round. As a result, FaZe Clan got a very easy victory and advanced to the finals of the upper bracket of group C — 16:8.

BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 takes place from 19 to 28 August in Copenhagen. As part of the championship, twelve partner teams from Europe, the CIS and North America are fighting for a prize pool of $177,498, rating points, and six tickets to BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022.
