Entropiq and Sprout left ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe

The Entropiq and Sprout teams left the ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe. According to the results of the quarterfinals of the lower bracket, the presented teams lost to Movistar Riders (1:2) and SAW (1:2), respectively, thus resigning their powers within the championship.

As part of the playoffs, the Russian team Entropiq lost to 1WIN (1:2) in the quarterfinals and fell into the lower bracket. Further, despite the victory over HEET (2:0), the team lost to Movistar Riders (1:2) and left the ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe.

Sprout also started the championship with a 2-0 loss to Movistar Riders. Then the wards of BERRY beat SINNERS (2:1), but the day before they lost to SAW (1:2) and said goodbye to the ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe.

Note that both teams received tickets to the group stage of the next season of the ESL Challenger League, which will begin in mid-August.

In turn, the teams Falcons Esports, 1WIN, SAW and Movistar Riders will continue to fight within the championship, the main prize of which is a ticket to the ESL Pro League Conference Season 17.

ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe runs from April 26 to June 26 online. Sixteen teams from Europe and the CIS are competing for a prize pool of $50,000, as well as a ticket to the ESL Pro League Conference Season 17, which will go to the winner.

Intermediate results of ESL Challenger League Season 41: Europe

  • 1st place: $20,000 + seat at EPL Conference S17.
  • 2nd place: $11,500 + S42 Challenger League spot.
  • 3rd place: $7,000 + seat in the S42 Challenger League.
  • 4th place: $4,000 + place in the S42 Challenger League.
  • 5th-6th place: Entropiq and Sprout - $2,500 + a place in the S42 Challenger League.
  • 7th-8th place: HEET and SINNERS — $1,250 + seat in the S42 Challenger League.
  • 9th-12th place: ex-MAD Lions, AGO, ECSTATIC and Wisła Kraków - a place in the S42 Challenger League.
  • 13th-16th place: K23, Copenhagen Flames, Team Finest and Sangal Esports - relegated to S41 Relegation.
