Tournament operator ESL has presented a list of invited teams that will take part in ESL Challenger Valencia 2022. Among the invited teams are FURIA, MIBR, Outsiders and Movistar Riders, which will compete with other teams that have passed the closed qualifiers.

Currently, only one closed qualifier for Asia has ended, the winner of which was the Chinese team Rare Atom. In the coming days, the remaining qualifiers will take place, which will present participants from North and South America, as well as Europe.

Interestingly, FURIA was originally invited to the closed qualifier. However, after the organizers decided to increase the number of slots for one of the open qualifiers, thereby raising FURIA to the main event.

The list of participants in the closed qualifier for ESL Challenger Valencia 2022 for Europe is as follows: Entropiq, MOUZ, forZe, HEET, K23, Sprout, SKADE and 1WIN.

Participants of the closed qualifier for ESL Challenger Valencia 2022 for North America: paiN Gaming, ATK, Team oNe eSports and GODSENT.

List of participants in the closed qualifier for ESL Challenger Valencia 2022 for South America: São Caetano Esports, Boca Juniors Gaming, SWS Gaming and Arctic eSports.

ESL Challenger Valencia 2022 will take place from 1 to 3 July in Spain at the Feria Valencia site. Eight teams from all over the world will compete for a prize pool of $100,000, ranking points, as well as a ticket to the ESL Pro League Conference Season 17, which will go to the winner.
