PARIVISION defeat Falcons to reach the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 semifinals

PARIVISION secured a 2–1 victory over Falcons in the quarterfinal of PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 and advanced to the semifinals of the tournament. The series went the full three maps and ended in an unexpected result, as Falcons came into the match as the favorites.

The opening quarterfinal match of PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026 ended with a surprising win for PARIVISION. On Dust2, Falcons managed to push the game to overtime but eventually fell short 14–16.

On Mirage, Falcons looked much more confident. They closed the first half 9–3 and, after the side switch, controlled the game to secure a 13–7 victory. The decider on Ancient ended 13–8 in favor of PARIVISION. Despite a relatively close first half, Falcons struggled on the T side and managed to win only three rounds after the switch.

Match MVP

Despite the loss, NiKo was named the MVP of the match, finishing the series with a 91.2 ADR and a 1.47 rating.

Falcons entered the match as favorites but failed to impose their game and were eliminated with a 1–2 loss, finishing in 5th–8th place and earning $25,000 in prize money for the team and the same amount for the organization. PARIVISION, meanwhile, move on to the semifinals. PGL Cluj-Napoca runs from February 14 to 22, featuring 16 teams competing for $225,000 for first place, with a total prize pool of $1,250,000.
