Official: BoombI4 will miss the start of ESL Pro League Season 15

The Ukrainian esports organization NaVi has issued an official statement confirming that BoombI4 will miss the start of ESL Pro League Season 15. The team will start the championship with a replacement in the form of headtr1ck, who will play matches separately from the rest of the roster, being in isolation.

Before flying to the venue of ESL Pro League Season 15, Kirill "BoombI4" Mikhailov passed a PCR test for COVID-19, which turned out to be positive. Because of this, BoombI4 will miss the first matches of NAVI in the tournament, but will be able to join the team after recovering. Until then, his place will be taken by Daniil "Headtr1ck" Valitov, a player of the NAVI Junior team, who urgently flew to Dusseldorf.

The organization also spoke about the future composition, adding that the final decision will be made after the end of the next tournaments.

We know that the community is waiting for information about the future of the roster. Now the NAVI CS:GO team is focused on the upcoming championships. After them, all personnel decisions will be made together with the players, which we will report separately.

Recall that earlier the portal gameinside.ua reported that the composition of the NAVI CS:GO team will undergo major changes. While Perfecto's future in the roster remains in doubt, electroNic and Boombl4 may leave NAVI with a high degree of probability. First of all, the extremely pro-Russian position of the wife of electroNic, as well as the lack of public support for Ukraine from Boombl4, are called as confirmation of the rumors.

NAVI will debut at ESL Pro League Season 15 tomorrow, March 30th. Together with "Born to Win" AGO, Heroic, Astralis, Evil Geniuses and Complexity will perform in the same group.
