Copenhagen Flames and ECSTATIC Advance to Malta Vibes Knockout Series 4 Finals

The Copenhagen Flames and ECSTATIC teams advanced to the finals of Malta Vibes Knockout Series 4. In the semi-finals of the championship, the Danish teams outplayed Dignitas (2: 0) and MOUZ NXT (2: 1), respectively. Now the teams will compete for the right to become the winner of the championship and earn $ 24,000.

Dignitas - Copenhagen Flames

The first semi-final of the championship started on the Overpass map, which turned out to be the choice of the Danish team. At the same time, Copenhagen Flames quickly seized the initiative on the server, showing lightning-fast protection. However, Dignitas came up with nothing for defense, winning just five rounds before switching sides. The second half did not help the Swedes to transform their game, as the Danes quickly seized the initiative on the server. And even a small streak from Dignitas did not help the team return, as Copenhagen Flames, having an overwhelming advantage, quickly finished what they started and took the lead in the series - 16:10.

Next, the teams moved to the Nuke map, which became the choice of Dignitas. However, Copenhagen Flames once again showed a solid half, gaining a minimal advantage over the side switching. In the second half, the Danish team started having problems related to HooXi. As a result, the captain was unable to return to the game, while his place on the server was taken by Kronow. After that, Dignitas began to catch up with the opponent, quickly closing the gap. And yet the Danish team managed to pull themselves together in the ending, snatching victory from the opponent thanks to three quick rounds - 16:14.

ECSTATIC - MOUZ NXT

The second semi-final started on the Vertigo map, which became the choice of the Danish team. However, MOUZ NXT quickly seized the advantage, realizing its superiority with a 14: 1 defeat in the first half. The side switching did not help ECSTATIC, which finally gave up and allowed the opponent to lead the series - 16: 1.

Then the teams got to the Dust 2 map, where the situation changed radically. As a result, the Danes already had an overwhelming advantage, which they managed to convert into a convincing result for the half in defense - 13: 2. At the same time, the side switching did not help MOUZ NXT in any way, since the Danes confidently closed the opponent's pick and evened the score - 16: 4.

Everything was decided on the Inferno map, on which there was much more struggle. However, after the first half, ECSTATIC had a twofold advantage. However, MOUZ NXT joined the game in the second half and started their comeback. Nevertheless, the Danes managed to maintain their lead, showing several successful rounds in defense, thereby obtaining the right to play in the final of Malta Vibes Knockout Series 4 - 16:12.
