Party Astronauts wins iBUYPOWER Mythic Masters Winter 2021

The iBUYPOWER Mythic Masters Winter 2021 has come to an end. The tournament, which took place online from 11 to 14 November, eight North American teams competed for a prize pool of $ 50,000. The winner of the tournament was the Party Astronauts team, which beat Extra Salt in the grand final with a score of 2: 0. In turn, Bad News Bears and MIBR also reached the semifinals of the championship.

The tournament for the future winner began with two confident victories over RBG Esports (2: 0) and Kings of Content (2: 1) in the group stage. Already in the semifinals, the team with great difficulty beat Bad News Bears (2: 1), starting the streak with a defeat on the Dust 2 map. However, in the grand final Party Astronauts showed confident play in defense on Mirage and Overpass maps in order to beat Extra Salt and earn $ 25,000.
