Fnatic became the second semifinalist of DreamHack Open November 2021. With a 2-0 win over ENCE, the British-Swedish team received a high seed in the semifinals of the tournament. At the same time, Spirit left the championship, losing in the decisive match forZe with a score of 0: 2. Now ENCE and forZe will play in the final match of Group B, playing the last ticket to the playoffs.

forZe - Spirit

The derby of two teams from the CIS started on Ancient, which became forZe's choice. However, at the start of the confrontation, the “hosts” still could not get into the rhythm of the game. Nevertheless, closer to the side switching, forZe finally woke up, closing the gap to three rounds. After the side switching, the team continued to catch up, while Spirit bothered to take the necessary rounds to bring the game into overtime. And yet, forZe managed to bring the case in its favor, having issued a victory on its own choice - 19:16.

It all ended on Nuke, and pretty quickly. Spirit, having appeared on the map as the owner, did not manage to come up with anything in the attack, having recorded a complete surrender at the end of the first half. Well, in the second pistol round, forZe put a fat point over the opponent's prospects, having issued a defeat - 16: 0.

ENCE - fnatic

In the final match of the day, ENCE and fnatic met. At the same time, the British-Swedish team immediately seized the initiative on the Overpass map, winning the first half with a score of 12: 3. However, after the change of sides, ENCE had to show its attack, gradually catching up with the opponent. Still, fnatic had enough starting advantage to win the first map and get closer to the semifinals - 16:14.

Everything was decided on Nuke, where fnatic showed not only good defense, but also an interesting attack. At the same time, ENCE did not manage to adjust to the opponent, having recorded the final defeat with a score of 9:16.
