The closed qualifier for DreamHack Open November 2021 has ended, following which a complete list of championship participants has been determined. On the last day of qualifying, the GamerLegion team got the third ticket to the November championship.

It is worth recalling that the first day of qualification began for GamerLegion with an unexpected victory over forZe (2: 1). However, the Swedish team did not stay in the upper bracket, as they lost to fnatic on the same day (1: 2). The second game day for GamerLegion began with a hard but still victory over Sinners (2: 1), thanks to which the team got the opportunity not only to compete for a ticket to DreamHack Open November 2021, but also to play with forZe again.

The decisive fight began on the Ancient map, which went in favor of the Russian team. However, on Nuke, the Swedes unexpectedly took matters into their own hands, having managed to equalize. In the end, everything was decided on Mirage, where forZe seized the initiative from the very start. Nevertheless, in the second half, the Swedes made a powerful comeback, thanks to which they not only brought matters to overtime, but also showed great perseverance, closing the series.
