LEC Spring 2025: Full Week 4 Recap and Upcoming Week 5 Schedule

With each passing week, the matches become more unpredictable, and teams realize how crucial it is to win every map in order to make it to the playoffs. The fourth week of the LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season has come to an end, delivering an incredible show and plenty of moments to talk about. As the regular season nears its conclusion, the ten best teams in the European League are showcasing their peak performance. Let’s take a look back at how Week 4 unfolded and take a peek at the matchups still to come.
Week Five: LEC Spring 2025 Schedule

The third week of the Regular Season will take place from April 26 to April 28, featuring a total of 6 matches.
And here is the LEC Spring 2025 – Week 5 Schedule:
Date | Match |
April 26 | G2 Esports vs GIANTX |
April 26 | Fnatic vs MKOI |
April 27 | G2 Esports vs Fnatic |
April 27 | KOI vs GIANTX |
April 28 | Team Heretics vs Sk Gaming |
April 28 | Team BDS vs Team Vitality |
Each new match week tests the teams’ limits, pushing them to constantly adapt and improve. Here’s a quick reminder of how the group stage works. The LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season follows a Single Round Robin format, where 10 teams face each other once, resulting in 9 matches per team. Final standings are based on overall results, taking into account both match wins and the number of individual map victories. All matches are played in a best-of-three (Bo3) format using the Fearless Draft mode. Only the top six teams advance to the playoffs to compete for the Spring Split title.
Matches You Shouldn't Miss

Well, dear friends, LEC Spring never fails to surprise, and every match turns out to be an unexpected ride. The past week has shown us that any team can take the win — and what looks obvious on paper doesn’t always reflect what happens on the Rift. That’s why every match is worth your attention, though there are some teams that are especially exciting to watch.
This week, I strongly recommend tuning in to G2 Esports matches. Their level of play is consistently high and always a thrill to follow. During Week 5 of the Regular Season, they’ll be playing two matches. The one against GIANTX may seem predictable at first glance, but you never really know how things will go. The second match, however, is set to be a highlight — G2 Esports will face off against Fnatic in what could be a battle for the top of the standings.
Of course, keep an eye on Fnatic vs MKOI as well. These two teams are going head-to-head this week. Even though Fnatic currently sits higher in the standings, MKOI is a worthy opponent. This one promises to be intense — and I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes all three maps.
LEC Spring 2025 Week 4 Results

This time, I can’t pick just one match to highlight — the entire week was absolutely insane, and the results were nearly impossible to predict. Let’s start with a game that finally allowed Rogue to climb off the bottom of the standings. They pulled off a surprising win against SK Gaming, which caught everyone off guard — especially since SK had been showing much more promise throughout the tournament.
The second day of Week 4 brought us a jaw-dropping showdown between Team BDS and G2 Esports. I had predicted a clean 2–0 for G2, or at most a 2–1 if they made some mistakes. But Team BDS once again proved that games are played on the Rift, not on paper — and they absolutely crushed G2 with a 2–0 victory. Saying I was shocked would be an understatement, and I’m sure most G2 fans felt the same way.
After LEC Spring 2025 Week 4, here’s how the standings look: Karmine Corp still leads the pack, holding onto first place. Fnatic sits comfortably in second, while G2 Esports, following their unexpected loss to Team BDS, has dropped to third.
Right behind them is Team Heretics, which is a solid result for the squad. Fifth place now belongs to Team BDS — their win over such a strong opponent should give them a big confidence boost, so expect them to keep climbing. In sixth, we have MKOI. It’s clear they’re going through some struggles and haven’t quite found their rhythm yet. Hopefully, they can turn things around and secure a playoff spot.
At the bottom of the table are four teams, and for some of them, every loss could mean the end of their Spring Split run. SK Gaming currently sits in seventh — still very much in the race for playoffs with a 2–3 scoreline. In eighth place is Team Vitality, who also stand at 2–3. They have the potential to come back, but their gameplay has been unstable and chaotic so far, so they’ll need to tighten things up.
Rogue and GIANTX are at the very bottom — 9th and 10th, respectively. For Rogue, one or two more losses could mean elimination. GIANTX still has a bit of breathing room, but they can’t afford to drop more games either.
