Team Aster is the top 2 team in China according to the results of the regular DPC season. In replays, they managed to defeat PSG.LGD and Xtreme Gaming. In the season, they lost to PSG.LGD 0:2, Royal Never Give Up 0:2 and Vici Gaming 1:2.
Aster confidently passed the closed qualification, without a single lost map. The level of opponents there was from the category of Moon Studio, the list included LBZS, Mars, WOLF, and Gorilla. If Aster had given at least 1 card, there would have been questions immediately.
At the qualifiers, Team Aster defeated Mars 2:0, Dandelion 2:0, LBZS 2:0 and 3:0 in the grand final.

Team Aster are my #2 favorites after PSG.LGD to win this tournament. They should easily pass the group stage and get far in this championship, since almost all teams have substitutions.
Team Aster are in group "B" with Team Spirit, Tundra Esports, Natus Vincere, Evil Geniuses, Entity, BOOM Esports and beastcoast. I don’t see any particular problems with Team Aster, few conclusions can be drawn about them, since such qualifiers at ESL One Malaysia 2022 are definitely not worth considering due to the different levels of teams. Plus, the focus will be on other teams like PSG.LGD, Team Spirit, Tundra Esports, Entity, BOOM, OG and so on.
Team Aster should definitely go to the playoffs, it's great that they are in full force. BoBoKa did not perform any content and drew conclusions about the situation before ONE Esports Singapore Major 2022.
Expectation: Team Aster will reach the upper bracket of the playoffs
PGL Arlington Major 2022 will be the last Major of this season, it will be held from August 4 to 14 in the USA, 17 teams will play for $500,000 and, most importantly, 4570 DPC points.
