This skill creates a raging waterfall, dealing AoE Hydro DMG to enemies in front of Neuvillette, scaling with his Max HP. Additionally, it generates three Sourcewater Droplets upon hitting enemies.

The Arkhe: Pneuma mechanic triggers Spiritbreath Thorn, which descends at intervals, piercing enemies and dealing Pneuma-aligned Hydro DMG.

Elemental Burst - O Tides, I Have Returned

Neuvillette's Elemental Burst releases waves that deal AoE Hydro DMG based on his Max HP. Shortly after, two waterfalls appear, dealing Hydro DMG in a smaller area and generating six Sourcewater Droplets. When you're ready to unleash a charged attack, here's what you do: Equitable Judgment, Neuvillette's ultimate move, allows him to absorb nearby Sourcewater Droplets in an AoE. Each droplet absorbed extends the duration of Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment by 1 second. And that's not all! Each time Equitable Judgment strikes an opponent, 2 additional currents are unleashed with every other hit, dealing a whopping 10% of Neuvillette's Max HP as Hydro DMG. And guess what?
