This means that one in seventh people in the world will be betting on esports and that is good news for everyone. Esports fans are happy to back their favorite teams by simply placing a bet on them.

Well, esports audiences are not likely to stop growing and this is understandable. For starters, video games are accessible, they are fun, and when organized in esports, they follow various narratives that are fun to people to be a part of. You may have a favorite team or a favorite player, and just be keen on following them.

Why Are People Tuning in to Watch Esports?

So, if we had to sum up, the popularity of esports would be contingent on how social they are, but also how relatable they are.

Most experts think that esports will continue to grow unchecked and that is a good thing. It will reach new heights and it will develop rapidly, seemingly unchecked for many years to come. This is good news for everyone, from players to fans, to admittedly – investors.
