ESL One Raleigh 2025 Dates

ESL One Raleigh 2025 will take place from April 7 to April 13, 2025, in Raleigh, USA, marking the long-awaited return of professional Dota 2 to the region. The event has attracted significant sponsorship investments, including support from DHL and Esports World Cup, emphasizing its prestige and professional approach.

ESL One Raleigh is the fourth event within the ESL Pro Tour and the first major tournament of the spring season. As such, it serves as a great warm-up for teams preparing to compete at The International 2025, which is scheduled to take place from September 4 to September 14.

Tournament Format

At One Raleigh 2025, will participate 12 teams, and the tournament itself will last almost a week and be divided into several stages. From April 7 to April 9, the group stage will take place, where teams will be divided into two groups and will play in a round-robin system with six teams in each group. Matches will be played in a bo2 format, the two best teams from each group will advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, teams that placed 3rd-4th in each group will advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs, and the remaining teams will be eliminated.

From April 10 to April 13, 2025, the playoff stage will take place, where 8 teams will compete. The format here will also be double-elimination, but matches will be played in bo3, and the grand final in bo5.
