DreamLeague Season 26 Power Rankings: Participants TierList

On May 19, 2025, one of the biggest tournaments of the Dota 2 competitive season will begin — DreamLeague Season 26. The event will feature 16 of the strongest teams from around the world, all battling for the title of champion and a $1,000,000 prize pool. To know what to expect, it’s important to evaluate the teams' current level and form heading into the tournament. In this article, we present a tier list of all DreamLeague Season 26 participants, based on their results in the 2025 season.

DreamLeague Season 26 Power Rankings: S-Tier Teams
Our DreamLeague S26 power rankings are easy to understand. We divide the teams into four tiers: S, A, B, and C. This doesn’t necessarily mean that an S-tier team will win or a C-tier team will finish last, but it’s a subjective rating based on their 2025 performance so far.
Let’s begin with the S-tier, which includes the main title contenders for DreamLeague Season 26 — teams that have shown the most consistent high-level results at recent top-tier tournaments.
- PARIVISION – One of the biggest surprises of the 2025 competitive Dota 2 season. Thanks to solid and consistent play, they won ESL One Raleigh 2025 and finished on the podium at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 1, DreamLeague Season 25, and PGL Wallachia Season 4. They currently lead the EPT Leaderboard and earned a direct invite to DL 26. Rightfully considered among the favorites.
- Team Liquid – Fan favorites and strong title contenders. After a disappointing finish at The International 2024, they bounced back with Tier-1 wins at PGL Wallachia Seasons 3 and 4. Their EPT points earned them a direct invite to DL 26, solidifying their status among the elite.
- Team Falcons – Always surrounded by hype and news, this star-studded and well-funded roster didn’t always perform to expectations, but in 2025 they reached a new level. With podium finishes at FISSURE PLAYGROUND 1, BLAST Slam II, and PGL Wallachia Season 3, they rightfully earned their DL S26 slot via the EPT Leaderboard.
- BB Team – A less obvious choice, but they too received a DL S26 invite through the EPT Leaderboard. While their 2025 results have been mixed, they've consistently shown high-level gameplay. Notable achievements include winning FISSURE Universe: Episode 4 and placing 4th at ESL One Raleigh 2025. They're on the edge between S and A tier — DL S26 will show which they truly belong to.
All S-tier teams were invited to DreamLeague Season 26 based on the EPT Leaderboard and are considered the strongest performers of the season, making them top contenders for the title.
DreamLeague Season 26 Power Rankings: A-Tier Teams
The next tier includes A-tier teams — strong contenders with the potential to reach playoffs or even go all the way in DreamLeague Season 26.
- Gaimin Gladiators – Regular participants in top-tier events. They qualified for DL S26 through the WEU qualifiers. It’s been a while since they won a major, but they enter this tournament with renewed determination. Key 2025 results include 2nd place at BLAST Slam II, 2nd at FISSURE Universe: Episode 4, and a 3–4th finish at BLAST Slam III.
- Nigma Galaxy – A legendary name in Dota 2, now representing the MESWA region. Backed by a huge fanbase and a skilled lineup, expectations are high. Their 2025 season has been steady, with participation in numerous Tier-1 events and a notable 3–4th place at BLAST Slam II. Nigma Galaxy could be DL 26’s dark horse.
- Xtreme Gaming – This promising Chinese team, known for explosive mid-to-late game play, is finally showing consistent high-level results in 2025. With their talented roster, they are expected to be among the DreamLeague Season 26 teams advancing to playoffs.
- Aurora Gaming – Roster changes have improved their gameplay significantly in 2025. After good showings at several Tier-1 events and a successful SEA qualification, they rightfully claim a spot in the A-tier of DreamLeague Season 26 participants. While expectations aren't sky-high, they have the skill to reach the playoffs.
DreamLeague Season 26 Power Rankings: B-Tier Teams
B-tier teams in DreamLeague Season 26 have also performed well this season, but they lag slightly behind the A and S tiers. They could still make the playoffs — or even surprise everyone with a top finish.
- Navi Junior – Another major surprise of 2025. This fan-favorite youth squad delivered solid performances at multiple Tier-1 events, including a 7–8th place at PGL Wallachia Season 4. They missed out on WEU Closed Qualifiers but received an invite after Tundra Esports withdrew. Many fans had hoped to see the main NAVI roster at DL S26, but the junior team outperformed them and currently sits between A and B tier.
- Talon Esports – Qualified through SEA by winning the lower bracket. Considered a mid-tier team, they are known for occasional upsets over higher-ranked opponents. They haven’t had standout 2025 results, but they head into DL S26 in good form and could produce strong games.
- Shopify Rebellion – North America’s top hope. With a decent mix of experience and youthful energy, their roster is neither the strongest nor the weakest. A realistic prediction is a finish in the 8–12th range at DL S26.
- Avulus – Qualified from Western Europe, defeating the likes of Zero Tenacity, NAVI Junior, and Team Secret. While not much is expected of them, they could reach playoffs. They haven’t placed highly at Tier-1 tournaments yet, but DreamLeague S26 might be their breakout moment.
- Yakult Brothers – Rounding out the B-tier is this unpredictable Chinese team. After qualifying through their region, they head into DL S26 with average form. While no one expects a miracle run, fans are hopeful they’ll deliver entertaining matches.
DreamLeague Season 26 Power Rankings: C-Tier Teams
Finally, we come to the C-tier — teams that haven’t shown much in 2025 but managed to qualify for DreamLeague Season 26. While they are considered underdogs, they shouldn’t be underestimated.
- Edge – A relatively unknown team on the international stage. They’ve only appeared at PGL Wallachia Season 4 and some regional qualifiers. Still, they’re a growing presence on the Dota 2 pro scene.
- OG.Latam – Legendary org OG will be represented by their Latin American roster at DL S26. This squad is clearly weaker than the main one, but fans are excited to see them compete on the big stage.
- Boom Esports – One of Southeast Asia’s top teams regionally, but they rarely shine internationally. Boom earned their DL S26 spot through qualifiers. Though their 2025 hasn’t been impressive, they now have a chance to prove themselves.

With such a diverse and exciting list of DreamLeague Season 26 participants, the tournament promises to be unforgettable. From May 19 to June 1, fans can catch every match, group stage, and playoff round on ESL Dota 2’s official Twitch and YouTube channels, as well as regional broadcast partners.
