/G2 Esports outplayed Team Liquid 2-0 and advanced to the lower bracket final of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers. Thanks to this victory, the European team qualified for VCT 2022: Masters Stage 1 - Reykjavík, which will be held from April 10 to 24 in Iceland.
In the second round of the lower bracket, G2 Esports outplayed Team Liquid extremely confidently, thus taking revenge for the insulting defeat in the quarterfinals of the tournament. After this victory, the team got into the top three of the winners of the VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, thanks to which they earned the right to go to the Masters in Iceland.
