Moist Esports, SMPR Esports, Team BDS and Version1 get their first wins in the RLCS 2021-22 group stage - World Championship

The first game day of the group stage of the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - World Championship has ended, following which the teams Moist Esports, SMPR Esports, Team BDS and Version1 got their first wins and made it to the semi-finals of group A. In turn, the four remaining teams went to the lower bracket, where they will still try their luck to reach the playoffs.

In the first match of group A, the SMPR Esports team, with great difficulty, but still outplayed Endpoint CeX (4:3). Next, the French team Team BDS practically did not notice the representatives of Renegades (4:1), while the Version1 team defeated The General NRG in the derby (4:0). Already late in the evening, Moist Esports managed to defeat Spacestation Gaming (4:2) and get into the semi-finals of the group stage.

Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - World Championship takes place from August 4 to 14 in Fort Worth, USA at the Dickies Arena. As part of the championship, 24 teams from Europe, North and South America, Asia, Oceania and the Middle East are fighting for a total prize pool of $2,085,000.
