Don't miss the start of Asia-Pacific League 2022 - North Division - Stage 1
/Already today, March 16, the Asia-Pacific League 2022 - North Division - Stage 1 will be launched - the first major championship in the new season for teams from the North of Asia. Up until April 13, eight teams will compete for a prize pool of $41,000. In addition, four tickets to the Asia-Pacific League 2022 playoffs are at stake. In this regard, we invite you to get acquainted with the format of the event, the distribution of the prize fund and the participants in the competition.
Format of Asia-Pacific League 2022 - North Division - Stage 1
The championship will be held in a round robin format, according to the rules of which each team will play seven matches in the BO1 format. The four best teams will receive tickets to the playoffs of Asia-Pacific League 2022, while the remaining four teams will go to Stage 2.
Scoring Rules:
- Win in regular time - 3 points.
- Overtime win - 2 points.
- Loss in overtime - 1 point.
- Defeat in regular time - 0 points.
Prize pool distribution
- 1st place: $15,000 + place in Asia-Pacific League 2022 playoffs.
- 2nd place: $7,000 + place in Asia-Pacific League 2022 playoffs.
- 3rd place: $5,000 + place in Asia-Pacific League 2022 playoffs.
- 4th place: $4,500 + place in Asia-Pacific League 2022 playoffs.
