Shanghai Dragons are Overwatch League 2021 Champions
A long competitive season in Overwatch has come to an end. The culmination of esports 2021 in Blizzard's team shooter was the Overwatch League Playoffs 2021.
Shanghai Dragons became the champions of the main event of the year. In the final, the Dragons defeated Atlanta Reign 4-0.
Prior to this, the Shanghai Dragons beat San Francisco Shock 3-0, Los Angeles Gladiators 3-1 and Dallas Fuel 3-1 in the playoffs. For the championship in OWL 2021 Shanghai Dragons received $ 1,500,000.

- 1st place: Shanghai Dragons - $ 1,500,000
- 2nd place: Atlanta Reign - $ 700,000

The 2021 Overwatch League playoffs ran from September 21-25. The top eight teams in the world competed for the top prize of $ 1,500,000.
