Ici Japon Corp secured a confident 3:1 victory over Karmine Corp Blue in the semifinals of EMEA Masters Winter 2025. With this win, they eliminated KCB from the tournament and became the first team to reach the Grand Final of the inaugural EMEA Masters Winter Split.
For Karmine Corp Blue, the journey ends here. However, considering they played with two stand-ins, it’s a very respectable result. As KCB player Maynter noted on Twitter after the match: "I don’t see a single team that could take even one map off our main roster in a Bo5." The absence of their jungler and support clearly impacted their performance, but the team will have another chance at EMEA Masters 2025 Spring.
