Unfortunately for G2 Esports, they couldn't become the sensation of the tournament. After their victory over Top Esports with a score of 3-0, many began to believe in their success against T1 Esports. However, Faker and his team had entirely different plans and won the match without losing a single game to their opponent.

Details of the G2 Esports vs T1 Esports match at MSI 2024:

The first map of the match was the shortest in duration, not even reaching the 30-minute mark, with G2 Esports typing GG after 26 minutes. On all three maps, the early stages of the game were evenly matched, with G2 Esports even having an advantage in some cases. Unfortunately, the European team was unable to capitalize on their advantage and lost the series 3-0.
