MSI 2024: T1 eliminated G2 Esports from the tournament. Match results

The grand final of the Mid-Season Invitational 2024 has come to an end. On the last day of the tournament, Gen.G Esports and Bilibili Gaming faced off against each other. These two were the strongest teams in the tournament, with Gen.G Esports advancing to the final through the upper bracket and Bilibili Gaming through the lower bracket.

Results of the MSI 2024 grand final:

The match between Gen.G and Bilibili Gaming ended with Gen.G winning 3-1. Despite the score, the games were extremely close and lengthy, with each map lasting between 38 and 48 minutes. With this victory, Gen.G earned $50,000 and also qualified for Worlds 2024.

Distribution of the prize pool for MSI 2024:

  • 1st place: Gen.G Esports - $50,000; Qualifies To Worlds 2024
  • 2nd place: Bilibili Gaming - $40,000
  • 3rd place: T1 Esports - $30,000
  • 4th place: G2 Esports - $25,000
  • 5th-6th place: Top Esports; Team Liquid - $20,000
  • 7-8th place: Fnatic; PSG.Talon - $15,000
  • 9-10th place: FlyQuest Esports; GAM Esports - $10,000
  • 11-12th place: Estral Esports; LOUD - $7,500

The Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) 2024 is the first international tournament of the 2024 season (14th professional season of League of Legends). Twelve teams are competing for the championship title, $50,000, and a place at Worlds 2024.
