The VCS Spring 2024 League of Legends tournament is under scrutiny, with allegations of foul play against all its competitors.
Launched on January 20, the championship has completed seven weeks of matches. Controversy sparked during the eighth week, leading to the annulment of those matches' outcomes. Currently, the tournament is on an official hiatus.
An inquiry is underway by the VCS, Vietnam's league administration, examining the conduct of eight teams: Cerberus, GAM Esports, MGN Blue Esports, Rainbow Warriors, Team Flash, Team Secret, Team Whales, and Vikings Esports. Should evidence of their involvement in fixed matches be verified, they face potential sanctions from Riot Games.
