LCK Summer 2022 starts today
/LCK Summer 2022, the next major League of Legends championship for South Korean teams, will start very soon. As part of the championship, which will last until August 28 in Seoul at LoL PARK, ten local teams will compete for a prize pool of $296,817, as well as a ticket to the 2022 World Championship. Format of LCK Summer 2022
The championship will be held in two stages:
- group stage.
- Playoffs.
As part of the LCK Summer 2022 group stage, participants will be offered a double round robin format, during which each team will play 18 matches in the BO3 format.
The six strongest teams of the group stage will make it to the playoffs, as well as the four remaining teams will leave the championship. At the same time, the best team of the group stage can choose their opponent in the first round of the playoffs.
