It can be seen that Misha is not effective either. It looks like the legendary Ceb and N0tail were engaged in coaching at the best of times, and their withdrawal has had a critical effect on the team play of OG.

OG's performance

At DPC 2023: WEU Upper Division - Tour I OG finished 5th. The team played the regular season at 4-3.

The team defeated Entity, Secret, Gaimin Gladiators and Into The Breach on their way to the top 4, but lost to Tundra, Nigma and Team Liquid. That's how they got to the re-match.

In the round-robin replay, OG played against Tundra and Entity. Both OG and Entity lost twice, which ultimately kept them out of the Lima Major 2023.

In the first match of the new round, OG's opponent was Tundra. The same Tundra that failed at Lima Major 2023 beat OG 2-0 in their first home league match, but truth be told, OG had a chance on both cards.

The next match ended identically for OG, with no ghostly hopes. Liquid needed 37 minutes in the first and 29 minutes in the second to shut down their arch-rivals. "Liquid switched off Yuragi from the first card, driving them into maximum tilt, and Enigma via Guardian Greaves from DM was out of place.

Next, OG were close to a total collapse and 0-3 on the scoreboard, but it carried through. Ooredoo poured on the first map in a way that a first-tier team cannot afford, resulting in an upset defeat for OT and giving hope to OG.

The next opponent for OG was Gaimin Gladiators. The Gladiators, who had slumped after the Lima Major 2023, recovered their spirit and overcame OG without any problems.

Monaspa form

The Monaspa roster can show some trump cards and spike the conditional Darkseer + Spirit Breaker. The Greeks have the right temperament and nothing to lose. Why not try to surprise?

Monaspa's performance

Monaspa finished Western Europe's second division with a 5-2 record. After scheduled games, they had to play in round-robin replay for 3 teams.

During the regular season Monaspa managed to beat Ancien Tribe, Alliance, Bald Reborn, Water Rune Enjoyer and most importantly Ooredoo Thunders. They could have claimed the top spot had they not stumbled over D2 Huslters and Ivy, who lost 0-2 each.

Outside of the DPC ecosystem, they played in third-party events. The team finished in the top 6 at European Pro League Season 6, also won Winter Cup 2022.

From the more serious events was BB Universe: Episode I - Comics Zone. In the more serious company, Monaspa failed to prove themselves and finished in the Top-12 at that tournament.

In the first game at DPC 2023: WEU Upper Division Monaspa faced Ooredoo Thunders. Monaspa defeated their arch-rivals 2-0 without much trouble.

In the next match Monaspa played against Entity. The title team was expectedly stronger and ended the match 2-0.

Next Monaspa played against Gaimin Gladiators. What should have ended 2-0 turned into a full-fledged bo3 with lingering maps, but still the Gladiators proved to be stronger.

Next, the team played against Nigma Galaxy. They should have won, but the breakdown went 2-0 in favour of Nigma.

Monaspa Heroes.

Playing the meta, without much experimentation, but with a splash of "their" characters. The most chosen hero is Rubick (26 matches, 65% wins).

I am not expecting any revelations in this encounter. I expect a lot of faults and mistakes from both sides.

I believe in a win for OG, because the experience of playing in major events and crisis management can and must play a part. However, I'm not in a hurry to predict a clean win for them.
