The fate of the ticket to The International from the CIS is practically decided: there are 3 teams left in the closed qualifiers, and today we will find out the name of the one that will make up VP at TI. The closest thing to the coveted ticket is Team Spirit, and the winner of the HellRaisers/Team Empire pair will compete with them.
