There have been changes in Team Liquid's roster

The leadership of the esports organization Team Liquid revealed on Twitter that Boxi took a break from the competitive scene. Sumail 'SumaiL' Hassan will take his place in the starting lineup and will play against the Europeans until Boxi is back on the roster.

Samuel 'Boxi' Swann's reason for leaving was his desire to spend time with his family and take a break from the game.

Team Liquid are currently playing in the upper division of the Dota Pro Circuit 2021 Season 2. The team managed to beat Nigma, but lost in the fight against Alliance. According to the regulations, the teams have the opportunity to play with substitutions only in four of their possible matches. From this we can conclude that Boxi's rest will end earlier than May 18, when the fifth week begins and Liquid will lose the opportunity to use the substitute player.

  • Max 'qojqva' Broker
  • Sumail 'SumaiL' Hassan (replacement)
