“Many viewers and players missed the main point in VALVE 's message about the new season. There will be no open qualifiers at TI10.
There will be qualifications in the CIS. For 1 slot on Int. But they will only include those teams that will participate in the first and second divisions at the end of the second season.
Therefore, it is critically important to play in at least some division if you plan to at least try to qualify for Int.
Example:
VP and Navi hit Int on points aggregate over two seasons. The remaining 6 teams from the first division and 8 teams from the second division of the CIS DPC League will qualify for Int. It is possible to replace a MAXIMUM OF TWO PLAYERS in the composition before these qualifications. "

On January 1, Valve announced the new rules for the Dota Pro Circuit 2021 ranking season. They also announced the dates for the Major tournaments and regional leagues.
