MOUZ defeated Team Liquid and qualified for ESL One Birmingham 2026

MOUZ defeated Team Liquid in the Lower Bracket Semifinal of ESL One Birmingham 2026: Western Europe Closed Qualifier and qualified for the main tournament.

Although the team lost the first map of the series, they managed to come back and defeat their opponent with a score of 2–1. The match was quite dynamic, with neither team giving up and both demonstrating a high level of play.

Map scores: 30-19 (Team Liquid), 27-8 (MOUZ), 16-31 (MOUZ). Among Team Liquid players, miCKe stood out, making a significant contribution to his team’s victory on the first map. Among MOUZ players, Crystallis also played at a very high level.

ESL One Birmingham 2026 will take place from March 22 to March 29, 2026, and will bring together 16 teams competing for the championship and a prize pool of $1 million. In addition, the prize money will be distributed between organizations and players.
