Playoff Results
As mentioned earlier, BLAST Slam III featured an unconventional format. While most Dota 2 tournaments host 12 to 16 teams, this one had only 10, and matches were played in a best-of-one (bo1) format. Since each match consisted of just a single game, the group stage took place in just one day, after which teams advanced to the playoffs. Tundra Esports Defeat Team Falcons to Win BLAST Slam III
In the Grand Final of BLAST Slam III, held in a best-of-five (bo5) format, Team Falcons faced Tundra Esports. Both teams had been performing well this season and had secured top placements at tier-1 events, so there was no clear favorite heading into the match. Two of the maps lasted over 50 minutes, making this a highly competitive and entertaining final.
