NAVI vs. NAVI Junior: a Thrilling Battle in the PGL Wallachia S4 Eastern Europe Qualifiers 1

As mentioned, the Eastern European qualifiers for PGL Wallachia Season 4 took place from February 11 to February 14, 2025, in a Double-Elimination format, while the main stage of the tournament will be held from April 19 to April 27, 2025. Among the eight teams in the Eastern European qualifiers, both Natus Vincere and NAVI Junior competed. For both squads, this was not their first tournament of the year, and they arrived in great form.

NAVI comfortably defeated 4Pirates and L1GA Team in the first two rounds with scores of 2-1 and 2-0, respectively. Meanwhile, NAVI Junior secured hard-fought victories against One Move and 1win Team, both with a 2-1 scoreline. This led to an Upper Bracket Final showdown between the two NAVI rosters, where they battled for a spot in the Grand Final of the Eastern Europe Qualification for PGL Wallachia Season 4.

The match turned out to be intense. Although many analysts predicted an easy win for Natus Vincere, NAVI Junior put up a strong fight. The first game was a nail-biter, with NAVI’s main roster securing a narrow 30-29 victory after a grueling 51-minute battle. In the second game, Natus Vincere capitalized on their momentum and crushed their opponents 34-9 in just 43 minutes.
