The captain of Team Liquid is confident that BB Team will never win a tournament
Danil ChepilThe player and captain of Team Liquid spoke negatively about BB Team's in-game form and prophesied that they would never be able to win a tournament. Aydin "Insania" Sarkohi shared his thoughts on the YouTube channel Cap's 9th episode of the show "ALL CHAT".
The only grand finals I enjoy watching are those where I feel both teams are good. I don't care about the result; I'll respect them either way. But I absolutely refuse to watch BetBoom Team against Team Falcons; there's zero chance.
Clarify, do you not respect one of these two teams?
No, no. For example, Team Falcons has already won a lot, and their next victory doesn't matter to me. BetBoom Team just aren't tournament winners, in my perception. Like us. It's as if they're missing something for the final step. I feel like we're in the same boat. Not the same problems, but we're facing a similar situation. I just don't believe they'll ever win anything. Yet I think they're good, and I respect them as Dota players. Obviously, they're really good.
So I didn't think they could win. This final was weak. I knew in the morning that Team Falcons would beat any team that made it to the final. In my opinion, Tundra Esports had a better chance than BetBoom Team.
We want to remind you that BetBoom Team took second place at the recent ESL One Birmingham 2024, where they lost 0-3 to Team Falcons in the grand final.
