Dendi's Surprise Appearance at The International 2023 Leaves Dota 2 Fans in Awe
B8's founder, Danil "Dendi" Ishutin, made an appearance at The International 2023 , the prestigious Dota 2 tournament. He was spotted in the arena during the initial day of the playoff stage. A video featuring the renowned esports player was shared by the Brazilian commentator Marcio "Lil_kin6" Rodrigues.
Unfortunately, B8 fell short of qualifying for TI12. They came agonizingly close to securing a spot at the tournament but were defeated in the finals of the North American qualifiers by a team called "nouns". As fate would have it, "nouns" eventually progressed to the playoffs of the World Championship.
Dendi, a true legend in the Dota 2 scene, clinched victory in the inaugural The International back in 2011. In the climactic match, Natus Vincere triumphed over EHOME, claiming a one-million-dollar prize. Although Dendi's team reached the finals on two more occasions, they couldn't replicate their earlier success.
