The failure of T1 and the round of “draws”: how was the second stream of TI 22 Last Chance Qualifier matches

In Singapore, battles continue as part of the Last Chance Qualifier. After the first round of the group duel, another round of matches took place, the results of which will be briefly discussed below.

Secret and Vici Gaming were the first to shoot back. Puppey and the company failed to earn the second victory of the day - the Chinese from VG, having lost the first map without a chance, managed to win back on the second one. 1-1.

In parallel with the events of Secret - Vici, NAVI and Polaris played their match. An equal game on two maps ended logically. The teams exchanged courtesies, earning a point each.

In the match between Xtreme and Wildcard Gaming, no draw was expected. The Chinese giant effortlessly beat their North American counterparts 2-0 without any problems, thus earning the first clean win after a draw with Liquid in the opening match.

The final match of the tour was the confrontation between T1 and Team Liquid. “Liquid”, having experienced difficulties on the first map, closed the “experimental” pick with Enchantress mid and Bounty Hunter hardlaner without a chance.

The situation in the groups is heating up. So far, 4 teams have an identical situation.

The International 2022 Last Chance Quaflier runs from October 8 to October 12 in Singapore, where 12 teams will compete for 2 slots in the group stage of The International 11. The main part of the tournament will begin on October 15, and on the 30th we will find out the name of the Dota 2 competitive season champion.
