DPC 2022 Tour 3: event digest for 20.06
Maksym ShylovGame Monday has traditionally been a concentrated battle in Division II. There were no surprises either. In this traditional edition of the daily digest, we take a quick look at all the matches of the past day as part of the DPC 2021/2022 Tour 3.
DPC NA 2021/2022 Tour 3
As usual, the day began with confrontations in the North American region. Former members of the DPC NA 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I, the DogChamp team took on the Alpha team, who made it to the second division thanks to the victory in the closed qualifier. However, at the time of the match, the newcomers of the region were already extremely confident in the season, having won 2 victories in 2 matches played. And their rivals have already lost to Eternity and defeated the underdogs of the league, Happy Seals. KBU.US continued their attempts to climb to the first division. They had to play against Arkosh Gaming.

On two protracted maps, Alpha managed to outplay DogChamp and establish itself as the main surprise of the second division of North America, as well as a candidate for the transition to Division I. The only match of the day in this region was the meeting between Tempest and Beastcoast. Beastcoast needed to somehow compensate for the sensational loss to the Wolf Team, which until recently did not play at all in the rating season.

In the second division of China, CDEC faced Shenzhen, and the winners of The International 2012, Invictus Gaming, met with Team Fusion. IG is clearly aiming to return to the top league of their region, so they are the favorites and stand out qualitatively from the rest of the participants.

In Eastern Europe, the only opposition in the lower leagues took place. HYDRA played against No Sorry.
