Yuriy SheremetTournament operator 4D Esports has taken away the rights to conduct Russian-language broadcasts of matches of two divisions DPC 2021/22 Tour II from the RuHub studio. Now anyone can stream DPC league matches.

Starting today, the rights to broadcast DPC 2021/22 Tour II: South America will be available to the Ukrainian and Russian speaking community. Anyone can conduct their broadcasts on a commercial or non-commercial basis.
Streamers have the right to use the DotaTV resource, as well as display sponsor banners at will.
There will be no official broadcast of DPC 2021/22 Tour II: South America in Russian until the circumstances are clarified.
DPC 2021/22 Tour II: South America kicked off on March 14th and will run until April 22nd. In two divisions, the teams will play for $280,000, DPC points, tickets to the Major and slots to the top division.
