AS Monaco Gambit are ready for the new Dota Pro Circuit season

On Twitter account and other mass media representatives of Gambit Esports announced that the collection of their Dota 2 roster had been completed. It includes players like alberkaaa, Lorenof, meLes, Immersion, HappyDyurara and Chappie. Prior to the changes, Artyom 'Lorenof' Melnik, Vasily 'AfterLife' Shishkin and Alexander 'Immerisoon' Khmelevskoy were already on the roster. Lorenof and Immerison remained in the first squad, while Vasily was sent to the second.

Artem Melnik and Vasily Shishkin joined the club on May 27 and February 11 this year, respectively. They made an unsuccessful debut at WePlay AniMajor 2021, finishing in 18th place there, after which they made their way to ESL One Summer 2021 and settled there 7-8 in the standings. In the closed European qualification at THe International 10, the team took the 9th-12th place, and at the Dota 2 Champions League Season 2, the team took the 13th place. Unsurprisingly, management made personnel changes and kept only two players in the starting lineup. Probably now things will get more active with alberkaaa, meLes, HappyDyurara and Chappie. Vladimir 'Chappie' Kuzmenko, by the way, will be the team's mentor and will help the players to see the situation from the outside.

Last season, AS Monaco Gambit took 3rd place in the top division standings, which allowed the team not only to go to the Wild Card stage of the Major tournament, but also guaranteed an invite to the top division of this Dota Pro Circuit season. They will face Virtus.pro, Team Spirit, Team Unique, PuckChamp, Natus Vincere, HellRaisers and Team Empire. The league will begin on December 2 and end on January 23.
