ESL Pro League Season 14: BIG defeated Evil Geniuses

The starting match within Group C, in which the BIG team met with Evil Geniuses, ended. Contrary to the most optimistic expectations, the North American team did not come up with anything against the opponent, having received a defeat on two maps at once.

The meeting started at Nuke, which was the choice of Evil Geniuses. It is worth to pay tribute to the “owners”, who started the half perfectly, finishing it with a minimal advantage. However, in the attack, the North Americans bother to win only one round, having come up with nothing against the reinforced concrete defense from the BIG players - 16: 9.

Next we saw the classic Dust 2 from the Germans, who started very well in the first half, having solved all the issues in advance. Obviously, after 12 rounds in attack, BIG had no difficulty in closing the streak in their favor and getting the first victory in this championship - 16: 8.

The main hero of the meeting was tabseN, who led the team on the second map, having scored 35 frags in the two halves.

Tomorrow, August 28, BIG will face fnatic, while Evil Geniuses will be tested against FaZe Clan.
