If you missed an interesting quarterfinal match held as part of Intel Extreme Masters Summer 2021 with the participation of CIS guys from Gambit Esports and Evil Geniuses, then we hasten to please you - we have made a small selection of interesting moments!

Evil Geniuses, being in a 3 vs 2 situation with a score of 11-10 in favor of Gambit, were close to leveling the score and continuing the fight on Dust 2, but interz showed how with their decisiveness you can take a round, in which the advantage is clearly not on yours side.

Ax1le from the same Gambit demonstrated that if you have in your hands not a machine gun with a capacity magazine for 30 rounds, but only a starting USP pistol, then, having high accuracy and dexterity, you can defeat enemies with the same ease. The first round gave a good start for Gambit, which probably allowed the team to gain the upper hand with a score of 2-0.

The Bulgarian e-sportsman from the North American team Evil Geniuses eliminated the adage "one is not a warrior" and twice took a situation in which he was in a losing position. Stay alone against three and win? No problem!

Again? Yes please!

Despite a good performance from Evil Geniuses players, the team was still defeated against Gambit Esports. It is difficult to beat the best team in the world today, after all! For the 5th-6th place, EG received a reward of $ 10,000.

We remind you that today there will be two semifinal matches. In one of them, Gambit Esports will compete with G2 Esports, and in Team Vitality they will compete for reaching the grand final with players from OG.
