NRG wasted no time sending a message in Austin. Their first match of the Major ended in a ruthless 13–5 win over TYLOO on Anubis, with the North American squad showing near-flawless execution on both sides of the map.

Br0 was the standout, dominating mid control and site retakes with a 19–11 scoreline, 105 ADR, and a 1.60 rating. His aggression gave TYLOO no room to breathe, while Jeorge and HexT cleaned up round after round with sharp entries and solid post-plant holds. OSee and nitr0 played support to perfection, locking down the map without a hitch.

TYLOO couldn’t get going, outside of a few bright spots from Moseyuh, who dropped 17 kills and somehow posted a 1.45 rating despite the team’s collapse. Everyone else struggled to break into double digits, and their T-side was especially lifeless after the 3–9 first half.

NRG now sit 1–0 in the Swiss pool and look like a serious playoff threat if this form continues. For TYLOO, it’s back to the drawing board.
